Prince Edward-Lennox & Addington Social Services Department is working with community partners and stakeholders to strengthen our Early Learning and Child Care system to ensure that we give our children the best start possible in life.

To facilitate this project, we are working in partnership with the provincial government and an active local Best Start Network to represent community needs and assist us in achieving this goal.
